Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on location.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Free delivery may apply in selected areas or during promotions.
4. Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect the TV upon delivery:
Any visible damage must be reported immediately and noted with the courier before signing.
Once signed for, the product is considered received in good condition unless reported within 24 hours.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability:
Re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Risk & Ownership
Risk passes to the customer once the product has been delivered and signed for.
